The drummer for the all occasion dance band DOCTOR GROOVE is looking to reform the band.
The genre of music will be Swing, Classic rock, R&B, Motown, Funk, Blues, and some country.
Any type of danceable music. Will be a fun band.
(Rick, James, Temptations, Commodores, Doobie Brothers, Cherry Poppin’ Daddies, Brian Setzer, Stray Cats, Spinners….. you get the idea)
Looking for serious experienced like minded musicians. No egos, alkies, druggies or other baggage. No drama queens!
If you want to be the “star” or don’t like someone spearheading a band, do not apply!

Looking for Lead and Rhythm guitar, bass, Keyboards, Sax and/or trumpet. Also looking for a dynamic lead singer (must interact well with a crowd) and musicians that can sing both back up and lead.
Ages should be 40’s to 50’s.
I have practice space and a professional PA system.
Looking to practice 1 - 2 times a week to start and play 3-4+ times a month.
