Redlands Studios is a professional recording & rehearsal studio designed to give artists and bands a relaxed, creative and affordable place to create. Our combination of a solid compliment of recording equipment, great sounding rooms and experienced, friendly engineers who make sessions go smoothly, has consistently resulted in satisfied customers year after year; in other words, it’s a great place to make your music!

We’re located in south Miami-Dade county just north of SW 248th Street on 162nd Avenue, so we’re minutes from Miami Beach, Coconut Grove and the Florida Keys. We maintain an 1800-square foot facility in a quiet, clean and safe area; you’ll feel secure leaving valuables in your car and walking out at night.

The building is divided into a state of the art ProTools HD/Logic recording studio, and an acoustically designed and well appointed rehearsal studio. A comfortable lounge and kitchen facilities are also available. We’re open 7-days each week, but require an appointment for all sessions, rehearsals and visitors.

Recording Studio
We track, mix and master in our recording studio that features a great-sounding 16x20 live room, a 6x9 isolation booth and a Yamaha 02R96 mixer/control surface. Our 192 kHz systems provide up to 96 tracks of ProTools HD or a virtually unlimited track count using our Logic Pro/Symphony system.The studio features Vintek, Avalon, TL and Universal Audio preamps, Apogee 16x-A/D and D/A conversion and Yamaha NS10 as well as Mackie 824 monitors & subwoofer.
We have excellent in-house engineers and we work with a wide variety of session musicians in the greater Miami area. We can arrange for world-class beat production, a producer or voice over talent for your project, and we can provide you with attractive lock-out rates and allow you to have total control and flexibility over your production.

Over the years, we’ve recorded almost every imaginable genre; however, our strengths include our ability to get a great live drum sound and our vocal signal chain is second to none!

All Recording sessions come with complementary use of in-house instruments including: Fantom X8, Yamaha Motif Rack ES and DX7, Hammond B-3 with 122 Leslie, Fender/Rhodes MKI Stage 88, Fender Telecaster, Gibson 335, Fender Precision and Music Man StingRay 5, Warwick 5-string and fretless 4-string basses, 1970s vintage Ludwig drum set, Zildjian A-Custom cymbals, LP Congas and other miscellaneous hand percussion.
We also have a variety of guitar amplifiers available for use during your sessions including a vintage Fender twin, a cyber twin, a deluxe reverb (RI), a Princeton reverb, and a Marshall DSL 2000 TSL full stack.

Rehearsal Studio
We run the nicest rehearsal studio in south Florida. Our studio feature a professional yet comfortable atmosphere, and it includes a professional sound reinforcement system and a full backline consisting of a Tama Rockstar drum kit, Zildjian Cymbals and an assortment of keyboards, bass rigs and guitar amps.

Selling my Gator Road Cases as a pair. One held my Mesa-Boogie Dual Rec head and the other held my Marshall 4x12 cab. Paid $529 for the Cab case and $299 for the Head case. Selling both as a pair for $700. They are completely like new(only used on the road for 2 months)... just need some money.
