Job Description:/h3:
We are seeking a Real Estate Assistant / Transaction Coordinator to join our growing team You will handle real estate activities and transactions on behalf of the licensed real estate agents.
Responsibilities:
:1. Listing Manager (Listing to Contract)
:Oversee all aspects of sellers transactions from initial contact to executed purchase agreement.
:Verify all necessary signatures on listing agreement, disclosures, and other necessary documentation.
:Provide proactive weekly feedback to sellers regarding all showings and marketing activities.
:Set up showing instructions through CSS
:Coordinate all public open houses and broker open houses.
:Input all listing information into MLS and marketing websites and update as needed.
:Submit all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance.
:Input all necessary information into client database and transaction management systems.
:Create Just Listed and Just Sold cards
:Create listing flyer in .jpg format for social media announcements
:2. Transaction Coordinator (Contract to Closing)
:Oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing.
:Send buyer Promise Letter
:Create Closing Checklist
:Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan, and appraisal processes.
:Coordinate inspections and appraisal
:Regularly update and maintain communication with clients, agents, title officer, lender etc.
:Submit all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance.
:Coordinate moving/possession schedules.
:Schedule, coordinate and attend closing process.
:Send client survey
:Just Sold card creation
:Schedule 30 Day, 90 Day and 120 Day client customer service follow up calls to assist with any home improvement provider recommendations and to ask for referrals.
Qualifications:
:Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields
:Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
:Ability to build rapport with clients
:Strong communication skills
