Job Description:/h3:
This property management company is seeking a Leasing Assistant for a full:time, long:term opportunity. You will answer phones, take maintenance work orders, provide customer service to the residents, pick:up laundry, pass out and input marketing surveys, schedule apartment showings, train and supervise maintenance and cleaning staff, generate documents and enter information into MS Word and Excel, and perform other related duties. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Qualified candidates must have administrative experience, must have excellent customer service skills, must have a working knowledge of MS Word and Excel, must have a friendly and outgoing personality, must have strong organizational skills, and must have a professional image.
