PURPOSE: To assist in ensuring that Lincoln Electric is an employer of choice amongst students and recent graduates by creating and maintaining a positive candidate experience which includes but is not limited to; sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, candidate and event management and other administrative duties as needed.

JOB DESCRIPTION (DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES):
:
Talent Acquisition activities which include; attending career fairs, job postings, sourcing resumes, screening candidates and interview scheduling
:
Manage registration process for career fairs, diversity conferences and other recruiting activities which may include scheduling, reservations, shipping, logistics, inventory etc
:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all candidate facing activities to include; interview events, travel coordination, expense reimbursement, transcript management, onboarding, relocation and further candidate engagement
:
Coordinate information sessions, networking events, final interview weekends and orientations
:
Manage relationships with career services contacts at key universities
:
All other duties as assigned

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources preferred
:
Strong organizational skills
:
Attention to detail
:
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
:
Flexible work schedule to include some evenings and weekends
:
Ability to travel 25 during peak recruiting seasons (Domestic)
:
Event planning skills
:
Computer skills (Microsoft Office)
:
Familiarity with an applicant tracking system is a plus
:
1:2 years of related experience preferred
