Formula for Success: You Will...
: Support the business strategy of BASF through sales reps and drive sales growth in the local markets through identifying customer and market needs within assigned market responsibility.
: Train distributors and key shops as well as direct and train TSS reps in area of responsibility.

Qualifications : BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent
Ingredients for Success: What We Look for in You...
: High School diploma/equivalent required.
: A minimum of 2 years of body shop experience with ability to communicate the repair and paint process at a high level.
: Strong computer skills, including experience using MS Office, Customer Relationship Management programs, and Web Browsers.
: Customer relationship management.
: Negotiation experience preferred.
