This position will report directly to the SVP of Global Plumbing Growth and Development and will be involved in a variety of high:profile, high:impact strategy projects to deliver our growth aspirations. The role could be an entrÃe to a number of different positions within the Global Plumbing Group (GPG), or could be an impactful broadening assignment for a candidate seeking corporate, operational, and commercial strategy experience.Provide analytic and project management support for key elements within major strategic initiatives, including: business unit growth strategies, channel structuring, business process improvement, and post:merger integrationSupport the SVP of Growth and Development and/or Sr. Strategy Manager in implementing an integrated strategic planning processReview sector dynamics and trendsIdentify key portfolio opportunities and risksConduct financial and commercial assessments of various growth paths and provide input into Executive Team level presentations to align on portfolio prioritization, investment allocation, and project phasing. Provide due diligence support for potential M and AScope and develop acquisition business cases (financial and strategic) as requiredManage key elements of integration projects to fold:in acquired brands into the overall businessPartner with business leaders to identify and assess incremental growth opportunitiesPerform structured analysis of business data to uncover important insights and identify gaps and opportunitiesUse a hypothesis:based approach to assess potential solutions and create a compelling business case or recommendationBuild financial models to quantify opportunities and understand the impact to the P and L BachelorA?s degree with concentration in Business (Finance, Accounting) is required; MasterA?s degree is preferred.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management consulting or corporate strategy role is required.Strong financial acumen, broad business skill set, good strategic perspective, and a mature and practical mindset. Proficiency with modeling skills using MS Excel.Strong analytic thinking and ability to execute structured analyses and design approaches to open:ended questions.Proven team leadership capabilities and communications skills; an ability to work with and influence a variety of different positions within an organization to drive resultsStrong verbal and written communication and presentation skillsCultural sensitivity and ability to build credibility across functionsSelf:motivated and able to work effectively in a fast:paced, dynamic environmentTakes ownership for business results and drives for growthWorks outside scope of responsibility to take on additional strategic projectsIs comfortable working in unstructured environment and able to manage multiple priorities Travel requirement of approximately 25 to GPG headquarters in Cleveland (OH) and other key offices in Irvine (CA), Toronto, and Montreal.
