The Senior Regional HR Manager is responsible for the operational delivery of HR services and support to employees. The Senior Regional HR Manager works with business leaders and employees to identify, develop, and implement solutions across a range of HR functions including workforce planning, performance management, training, employee relations, and organizational restructuring. The Senior Regional HR Manager develops and implements key change management strategies and services to improve employee and business performance. The role is a key driver and leader in ensuring the effective development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and processes.Essential FunctionsNote: Reasonable accommodations will be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Plans, directs, supervises, and coordinates the work activities of subordinates and/or other members of the HR Team.Manages various cross functional projects to support the HR function. Advises staff, subordinates, and/or other members of the HR Team on legal or regulatory compliance matters. Analyzes data to inform operational decisions or activities. Partners with employees and management to communicate various HR policies, procedures, laws, standards, and government regulations. Conducts exit interviews, analyzes data, and makes recommendations to the management team for corrective action and continuous improvement. Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation. Responds to and investigates employee relation issues such as employee complaints, harassment allegations, and discrimination complaints. Regularly consults with management to provide HR guidance when appropriate. Maintains in:depth knowledge of legal requirements related to management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.Provides day:to:day performance management guidance to management (i.e., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions). Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Represents the company for any unemployment claims. Facilitates or provides training (including orientation) to the workforce. Performs other related duties as required and assigned. Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. through 4:30 p.m., but the position may require after hours and weekend work.
