The Operations Specialist II is a part of a project management team that support the Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables and Finance/Treasury representing the AmTrust North America Group. They will be part of a team of 4 staff members. Duties include but are not limited to:Manage the flow and perform quality check of daily and monthly invoice processes.Daily quality assurance review and processing of nonpayment cancellations.Daily quality assurance review of other initiatives as assigned.Assist with daily and monthly reporting to track incoming cash, outgoing invoices, cancellations, and reinstatements.Support creation of daily/monthly reporting for Senior Management.Conduct process mapping and documentation of existing Accounts Receivable work flows.Ability to perform in a high volume environment with deadlines utilizing solid time management skills.Provide basic end user support, answer questions and assist with using company application systems.Working with internal departments to conduct research and resolve transaction dividual will also serve as a focal point for issue tracking, submission and problem resolution within the Cash Operations team.3:5 yearsA? experience in an Accounts Receivables department preferably in the insurance industry.Strong PC skills with the ability to maneuver between multiple systems proficiently.Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.Experience interacting with all levels of customer service including external customers, internal customers and senior management.Hands on, self:starting, disciplined, and detail:oriented individual with ability to work independently in a high volume environment that requires a work product that is highly accurate and timely.Must be available during business hours for meetings and discussions.
