We have an excellent career opportunity available for a National Sales Manager to join our team to develop, recommend and execute business strategies for Steam Fire.
Develops business strategies to grow and maintain Steam Fire. Works with our sales teams to implement action plans to ensure we achieve the sales growth, margin, and profit goals for these accounts.
Defines creative sales programs and promotions that fit the customer needs and specific market requirements for these channels by working collaboratively with the marketing and sales teams.
Develops and maintains strong business relationships with the key contacts within existing and prospective distributor accounts.
Evaluates strategic factors that could impact sales objectives such as sales trends, competition, economic factors, business conditions and the changing product or service needs of the customer and market. Makes recommendations for changes to the strategic direction to executive management. Verifies the accuracy of information used to make strategic decisions.
Communicates and interacts with internal groups (inside sales, operations, marketing, credit, purchasing, etc.) to resolve any customer problems and share pertinent customer information.
