Responsibilities:Works as a liaison among stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate, validate and document requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information systems.Defines, prioritizes, communicates, and fosters shared understanding of project objectives and scopeCollaborates with stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and manage project initiatives, measurements and requirementsCollaborates with business subject matter experts and technologists throughout the project lifecycleIdentifies and communicates risks and issues as well as possible solutionsDesign and deliver operational analytics and metrics to support operational strategy and excellenceAnalyze business processes and provide solutions to optimize productivity, service, and cost/benefit. Understand the impact of proposed process and metrics changesDocument, maintain and analyze current processes to identify improvementsDetermine and evaluate the impact of new/modified processes on current processEvaluate, analyze and review HR results through metrics and statistical analysis. Prepare and distribute service level reports. Compare results to actual planned goals and objectives. Utilize project management principles and tools to develop, coordinate and implement projects.Maintain a high level of technical knowledge surrounding Business Process Management and data analyticsBachelors Degree required from college or university3:5 years of related analyst experience; HR experience preferred but not requiredProficient written and verbal communication skills and active listening skillsAble to think creatively and have flexibilityAble to act as a change agent to respectfully challenge the normProficient in synthesizing information and conveying it in a way that fosters common understandingAble to critically analyze and solve problems of a complex natureAble to work effectively in a team environment, building rapport and relationshipsProficient in organization and time management skillsAble to work on multiple projects of moderate complexity simultaneouslyProficient in the use of Microsoft Office, particularly in Outlook, Word, ExcelStrong mathematical and organizational skills with a detail orientationAbility to learn quickly and apply advanced problem solving skillsExcellent analytical, problem:solving and organizational skills
