Sodexo Hospitals is seeking a General Manager 5, Hospital Food Services to lead and direct the vision for this monumental partnership with the Cleveland Clinic Health System. This position will have the day to day full responsibility over the development and implementation for all in:Department services and programs in both patient services and retail services sides of the FS Departments daily functions. This position will take that vision and drive the Food Services through direction of the programs and services through reporting Food Service Team Leaders for this world:renowned systems partner in excess of 25 million in managed volume. Department is poised for further expansion of services. This position will have direct responsibility over the FS Department Leaders and Administative responsibilities as required by Sodexo and Client systems. This is a large major medical center with over 345,000 patient days. Position will be responsible for leading and developing managers and Sodexo team members withim food service operations in the Patient and Retail service segments. Leadership and financial management experience is critical. Ability to drive results and standards with consistency. Training and development with accountability to self and for team. Will oversee over 350 employees and have multiple direct reports. Responsible for all retail outlets (7), all catering 1:2 million in volume as well as all patient feeding (16 kitchens) : excluding food production or culinary team. The best qualified candidate will have demonstrated significant strategic leadership skills, complex project management skills, skilled in Food Management System (FMS), knowledge of CBORD Room Service technology and in all current retail food concepts. This position must have engaging communication skills and unit opening experience in a system environment. Strong client relations and interpersonal skills are essential. Financial Management experience and skills sought : Hospital Food Service is a plus.
