Sodexo Healthcare has an exciting career opportunity for a Food Operations Manager 2 for the Cleveland Clinic Health System located in Cleveland, OH. This position will focus on Sodexo Patient Services program and program standards. The current Sodexo Patient Services Managers will report to this position. Cleveland Clinic currently operates 14 small decentralized convenience kitchens that are located near the patient units allowing for prompt service. Each kitchen has a staff of 8:10 people per day and feeds between 40:90 patients. Apply specialized nutrition knowledge gained a registered dietitian to make decisions on foods appropriate for serving on therapeutic diets.The Nutrition Services department provides patient meal service to patient rooms Experience as a Registered Dietitian, Certified Dietary Manager or Nutrition Education a Plus Position will also assist with all aspects of food service including catering, retail and food production.
