The Compensation and HRIS Analyst will be part of the Total Rewards team accountable for organizing and optimizing our reward processes and services to help deliver on the company's business objectives. Accountable for the implementation and continuous operation of Compensation and System programs that support the business strategies and/or address key business issues. Collaborates on system builds and implements programs and solutions (processes, policies, programs) that enable rewards strategy/priorities. Leads the implementation of new (or key changes to existing) compensation programs and processes of moderate complexity and ensures appropriate local implementation in the context of global guidelines. Coordinate with members of the Human Resources team in the preparation and execution of change management, communication, training and implementation plans. In addition, this position will contribute/lead other projects/activities within the scope of the role on an as:needed basis.
Essential Job Functions
:Support the administration of the focal compensation review processes, including administering compensation systems and tools. Helps document procedures to streamline business processes. Assist in the development and communication of compensation related training materials and guidelines
:Participate in budget session and homogenize global market data.
:Provide guidance and solutions to managers on issues related to wages and salaries; ensuring consistent and sound pay practices.
:Create, maintain and review job descriptions.
:Work with IT and HR to define and collect business requirements to ensure optimal performance of Human Resources Systems. Perform system checks and testing.
:Manage HR data integrity including the use and dissemination of employee information, data protection, data accuracy, and data extracts. Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Develop standard reports for customers in HR and other departments.
Basic Qualifications
:Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or related program
:2 year of working experience
:Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

:Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office such as: excel, word and power point
:Ability to effectively influence and impact across workforce and at all levels in the organization
:Strong verbal and written communication skills
:Ability to understand clients' needs and help them resolve benefit related issue
:Ability to use critical thinking. Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
