Include but are not limited to the following:Achieve monthly and annual budget/plan as assigned by Distribution Center Manager.Implement sales and marketing strategy as set forth by the companyDevelop and maintain existing customers by implementing a sales strategyIdentify, develop and grow new business as needed to attain budget using the Treadmaxx as the platformResearch, plan and implement sales, customer retention and new business developmentMonitor and communicate competitive information including pricing, policies and market strategiesMaximize sales opportunities through sales calls (personal visits or telephone)Maintain a thorough knowledge of products (new and existing), policies and merchandising information to effectively serve our customers.Understand and manage relevant reporting or management and financial information for the sales and marketing departmentsDevelop and demonstrate a professional Kauffman Tire image and reputation and protect and develop the Kauffman Tire brandMaintain a professional image including appearance/dress as well as a clean and organized vehicleQualifications: Education: Preferred BachelorA?s Degree from 4:year college or university preferredExperience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, demonstrated success at achieving genuine sales development preferred.Excellent selling skills including, features:benefits:solutions selling, program selling and problem solvingAbility to build, communicate and execute a business planAble to understand profit and loss calculations and basic business financeAbility to calculate and articulate pricing and gross profit multipliers, margin return and mark:upAbility to calculate sales increase and GP.Excellent face:to:face and telephone communication skillsThorough understanding of principles of marketing and advertising cost:effectiveness, including market sector targeting, product offer developmentKnowledge of current materials, methods, tools and equipment (including technology) used in distribution operationsExcellent time management and organizational skillsAbility to carry out oral and written instructionsAbility to communicate effectively orally and in writing
