This position is a campus:based member of the national admission team. In this role, the incumbent will be trained by successfully completing an initial training and/or certification process. Under some supervision, this colleague supports all phases of the admission process by carrying out many activities that ultimately facilitate new student enrollment. The scope of this positon has both local and national responsibilities that support admission throughout the college. Works with the Admission Service Center team on a regular basis to ensure students experience Chamberlain CareApplies TEACH Values in the completion of all job assignmentsProvides excellent customer service to students through application and enrollment processes, most notably the A2 Admission Assessment, meeting with walk:in prospects, conducting campus toursSupports the application for admission process including yet not limited to A2 Admission Assessment, transcript requests and registrar service cases Advises students in test counseling, application file completion and registrationProvides written communication regarding admission decisions and initial clinical eligibility. Ensures new student is prepared to start through initial clinical eligibility completion, SEA and attendance of new student orientation Coordinates all campus admission touch points throughout the new student lifecycle as well as recruitments events such as Open House and New Student Orientation Reviews new student records to ensure accuracy, completeness and timely processing. Maintaining proficiency in multiple systems : entering, searching and updating new student information Liaison with Enrollment Coordination team in order to maintain transcript request schools database and test proctor databaseAttends regularly scheduled meetings and provides weekly activity updates to the respective Admission Service CenterAdheres to laws and regulations governing student recruitment activities as well as DeVry Code of Business Conduct and EthicsHandle other related duties as assigned by the Director of Admission (Admission Service Center)Completes other duties as assigned.Bachelors degree requiredPrevious admission experience helpful but not requiredOutstanding written and verbal communication skills are requiredCapacity to work in a fast:paced environment, to be self:starter and work independentlyHave a passion for education and the desire to help prospective students achieve their educational and career goals.Must be highly proficient in use of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and other CRM systemsDemonstrate a high level of integrity and understanding of student privacy regulationsAbility to work days, some evenings and occasional Saturday shifts are required We are proud to be an EEO employer M/F/D/V.
