•Provide a safe and comfortable environment
•Assist with phone calls and correspondence
•Provide recreational activities and friendly conversation
•Assist with errands and supervise activities as directed, such as taking medication, dressing, etc.
•Other duties (not to exceed 20% of the time) include meal preparation, planning.
•Household cleaning, which includes, but is not limited to, laundry, vacuuming, dusting, changing linens, washing dishes, washing floors, etc.
•Organize ,read mail
•Help lient keep in touch with loved ones
•Talk ,listen ,share experiences
•Play cards/games
•Complete and maintain daily records of daily activities, observations and direct hours of services
