In our busy, multi-tasking lives, mindfulness and meditation enable us to make a difference in the world. During this course you will learn:
• How to start and maintain a daily meditation practice
• Practical techniques to stop worrying and live in the present
• How to find wisdom, compassion and peace in all our daily experiences

This half-day workshop taught by Lindsay Ring, includes guided meditations, practical advice on how to begin, develop & maintain a meditation practice and time to discuss the ideas presented.
