The Position:
Customer Service Representatives will be tasked with assisting customers on behalf of our national clients in a manner that supports our hands:on campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
:Meet and greet new customers
:Follow up with existing customers to improve retention
:Assist new customers with enrollment
:Educate customers on new program options to improve their services
:Conduct formal presentations to prospective customers
:Management of territories

**This is NOT a call center position and involves face:to:face interactions with customers **

What we provide:
Qualified candidates will receive full comprehensive training in the areas of customer service, marketing and sales. Customer Service Representatives will also receive detailed career planning and continual coaching and mentorship to help with their personal and professional development.

Qualified candidates must have:
:1 : 2 years of customer service experience
:4 year degree or equivalent experience
:Excellent people skills
:A great attitude
:A strong work ethic
