Engineer needed to lead validation activities for a major manufacturer of precision molded components. Duties: *** Prepare, review and approve validation documents for new and existing products. *** Lead validation and implementation of new or transferred manufacturing process and cleaning validations. *** Design and execute engineering (pre-validation) studies to support validation activities. *** Troubleshoot process issues, process characterization and root cause investigations. *** Develop and implement Master Validation Plan. Required: *** BS in Engineering or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work-related experience, required. *** 3+ years experience in plastic injection molding. *** 3+ years in product or process validation. *** Familiarity with injection molding machines such as Van Dorn, Nissei, Cincinnati Milacron, Netstal, Engel, etc. Our employees are our key to success.
