PURPOSE: To ensure the correct processing of all piecework cards and pay:sheets for the production departments assigned.
JOB DESCRIPTION (DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES):
Keying into the computer of source documents (piecework cards, pay:sheets, day work, finished product postings) for all departmental personnel
Organize and maintain work in:process piecework card and assist in locating lost piecework cards
Return piecework cards for work in:process operations to the production floor to allow additional work to be posted
Return all source documents that cannot be keyed into the computer to the Production Team Lead or designate for resolution
Key daily variables such as: setup, change over and tear down
Key daily departmental maintenance labor reporting sheets
Ensure proper filing and disposal of all piecework cards for each department
Assist the Production Team Lead or designate with any pay related tasks
Assist Internal Audit Department as required
Work with Payroll Department and Production Team Leaders to verify employee payroll accuracy
Assist with production postings in other departments, when necessary
Assist the Production Schedulers with problem piecework cards
Required to work irregular hours during Divisional Inventories
High school education or equivalent in experience
Excellent organizational skills to handle a constantly changing set of priorities
Knowledge of the production Flexnet and SAP computer systems
Ability to process a substantial amount of numbers accurately
Ability to get along well with others
Near perfect attendance required

1. Must be a Lincoln Electric Employee with at least 2 years of service.
2. Must meet the minimum qualifications of the job, as listed above.
3. Must NOT be on an active Performance ImprovementPlan (PIP).
4. Employees who have been selected for a Posted Job must remain in the job for at least 2 years.
If selected for this job, most typically, the pay will be set towards the lower end of the pay range and may vary, depending upon candidate qualifications. Additionally, no compensation increases will be made for lateral or downgrade moves.
