The Payroll/Benefits Coordinator is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of facility payroll through use of ADP.
Verifying Kronos timekeeping information, entering time records and/or time changes into payroll system, researching and correcting payroll inaccuracies. Distributing checks in accordance with facility practices.
Distributing and reviewing health benefit information for new employees, and collecting benefit related forms and processing accordingly.
Processing monthly bills for insurance carriers and submitting to accounts payable for payment. Advising appropriate insurance carrier of errors/discrepancies.
Providing and conducting employment verification with outside organizations in compliance with current policy.
Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent. The incumbent must have working knowledge of facility payroll system (ADP) and timekeeping system (Kronos), and have the ability to interpret information, generate reports and problem solve.
Long Term Care experience preferred.
