Materials Inventory Clerk

Hours: 245pm : 1045pm
Location: Solon, Ohio
Daily and weekend overtime may be required
:Must have High School diploma or GED
:Understand oral and written communications and instructions.
:Must be able to do basic math.
:Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and co:workers.
:Ability to read and understand operating procedures.
:Must be able to use a computer keyboard for basic data entry
:Ability to lift a minimum of 5 pounds up to a maximum of 25 pounds
Under the direction of Supervisor, Planning:
:Prepare labels and shipping documentation
:Pull components needed for shipments to customers
:Maintain the inventory accuracy of component parts
:Record and maintain control of all inventory items purchased and produced
:Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures
:Must be able to identify defective material or questionable conditions by following necessary processes and using guidance from supervisors or group leaders
:Assume Tool Crib Attendant job duties as necessary.
:Special projects, assignments, or duties as assigned by Management

:Complete all necessary documentation, electronic data entries and communications accurately and timely.
:Maintain regular attendance and perform duties in a timely manner, arriving and departing for assignments and meetings as required.
:Be aware of all standard procedures and practices associated with the position and work to maintain compliance.
