Overview of the position...

A Koinonia Administrative Assistant in the Administrative Services Division provides advanced secretarial support and administrative assistance to the entire organization, as assigned. Duties include, but are not limited to, providing technical assistance for existing software in use by the agency; facilitating routinely scheduled reports for agency, county and state reporting; retrieving and\or inputting confidentially protected information from\into existing databases on request; assisting in the preparation of necessary documentation to maintain agency and funding compliances; and establishing and maintaining the necessary systems to facilitate the preparation of materials and compliance tracking for associate trainings, including the monthly new hire orientations. This position requires working closely as a member of an administrative team, unified by advanced individual skill sets to function as a single unit of administrative support. As an individual member of this team, the administrative assistant is expected to provide exemplary customer service to all Koinonia associates.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma/GED required. Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Three plus years administrative assistant experience required; including, but not limited to: typing, use of office machines, filing systems and telephone skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (2013 preferred) including Word, Excel, PowerPoint (advanced preferred) Excel especially, as this position is heavily involved with Excel.

Strong ability to organize and prioritize work with little supervision.

Excellent grasp of English vocabulary and grammar

Valid Ohio Driver’s license

Must have vehicle liability insurance
