Job Description:/h3:
The Territory Relationship Manager / Employee Representative role with Transamerica is based out of our Bellevue office. This is a very unique financial services opportunity. In this role, one would be responsible for a geographic territory of existing quality Transamerica clients and receive base compensation to maintain those relationships. In addition, this individual would receive commissions and bonuses generated from the regular marketing and sales of financial services.
This particular role is a full:time W:2 employee position and offers a steady income base, commissions, and bonuses as well as guaranteed introductory pay. The compensation structure provides triple the revenue streams of a typical financial services firm with zero office expenses. The compensation package will also include bi:weekly, semi:annual, and annual bonuses. The benefit package provided is second to none including
health/dental/vision/disability, a matching 401(k), a 100 Defined Benefit Pension Plan, and also provides Paid Time Off.

Selection Process:

Commitment meeting: Once it has been determined that there is a good fit, its time to take the next step in your career. Your commitment should consist of obtaining the appropriate licensing and education, working with a field trainer during your initial training period, and completing your development path. We will commit to helping you obtain your licensing, setting up your initial training calendar, providing the necessary sales and marketing tools, and providing a mentor to help you with reaching your ultimate sales and career aspirations.
