The Role
As the Financial Planning Case Manager, you will be the initial point of contact/primary resource for field advisors and potential clients seeking technical or planning support from LFNs National Planning Center. You serve as the primary resource to produce comprehensive financial plans.

Analysis and Modeling
:Analyzes clients personal and financial information in various forms (advisor databook, insurance and investment statements, tax returns, etc.).
:Identifies missing or inconsistent data and communicates open items to advisor and Director of Planning.
:Utilizes various approved financial planning software tools to create financial models appropriate for each case (cash flow, retirement income, survivor income, education funding, estate flow, investment analysis, etc.)
:Participates in debrief/design meetings with advisors and Directors of Planning to identify case:specific observations and recommendations.
:Aligns work to department guidelinesas well as Liincolns core competencies.
:Completes regulatory and compliance training requirements in a timely manner.

Client Support
:Answers calls from LFN advisors/staff.
:Resolves caller issues if possible, otherwise redirects question to appropriate team members.
Tracks open issues to ensure resolution within established guidelines.

:High School Diploma or equivalent
:2 years insurance or investment industry experience required, or Associates Degree in lieu of industry experience.
:Education concentration in Finance preferred
:CFP courses highly desired

:A demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding performance expectations
:Possesses a bias for action and avoids workplace distractions
:Drives performance targets to completion
:Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
